One of the albums (and live performances! 24 april 1992 in Tivoli Utrecht with good friends M. and L.) that got me into the idea that there is so much more music to discover outside of the Anglosaxon pop format was Mlah by Les Négresses Vertes. Still love that album, especially Oran and L’homme des Marais.
